Due to a growing problem and malnutrition among Childs and women of uttar pradesh, state government now considering to published notification for the recruitment of Nutrition counselor posts. These anganwadi nutrition counselors will helps in awareness in rural areas regarding sanitation and healthy diet. In 1st round total 41 districts have been selected for launching this scheme in 80 thousands anganwadi centers. There are 20 thousands approximately posts of nutrition counselor.
One Nutrition Counselor will be responsible for Sanitation and health of women and Child of 4 anganwadi centers. Capital city Lucknow, barabanki, faizabad, Raebareli Unnao and other big cities are included for 1st round recruitment.
According to latest national family health survey , approximately 42 % child are malnourished and underweight . malnourished chilled have more then 9 time of possible of dead in comparison to healthy child.
That’s why government taking this malnourishment in women and children of uttar pradesh very seriously. Due to this problem, government decided to recruit a nutrition counselor posts. These counselor will be appointed under the central government scheme name samnvit bal Vikas Yojana. Central government also has given there approval on this project .75% grant for conducting this scheme will be given by central government and 25 % grant will be given by state government .
Salary of Nutrition counselor will be 3 thousands per month .
What will be recruitment process, what will be eligibility criteria this is yet not decided but government invited proposal regarding Notification , application form, eligibility criteria regarding nutrition counselor upcoming vacancy from concerned department. After getting proposal government will start the recruitment process.
Its expected that educated girls of rural and urban will get Job of Nutrition Counselor of anganwadi .
